A Christian High Adventure leader is responsible for a group of 10-12 individuals as they venture to the back country for a week of either backpacking, white water rafting or mountain biking.  The purpose of the CHA staff is to relate the Christian experience through the rigors and wonders of each trip. These positions require people with a great sense of responsibility, an ability to communicate, and a desire to work on a team. CHA staffers are paid a salary of $190 a week, plus lodging, meals, and insurance at no cost. A week of training for the CHA staffers will be held in May. There are then nine weeks of CHA.
